We complained to TollBrother and multimedia after we found out
Honestly, I am shocked by these reviews. I have used and referred this company multiple times and never heard anything but appraisal. They took care of everything I needed and treated me like family!
They refused to fix anything after they cashed our money and didn't even care what salesman lied to us .
Now half of jacks where should be connected to the back the machine got pulled out and one of wire cover has torned after one year

Very poor response post sales. Spent 30 k with them. After initial install, very difficult to get hold of them.
Now we have the system sitting in upper level kid's closet with messy wires sticking out everywhere where kids can unplug it anytime if they want to.
Salesperson came out told us that they would install monitoring system in our master bathroom closet downstairs to monitor the sitter and kids while we are gone

And worst of all the cameras don't have audio function! What a useless security system when you cannot hear a thing!
