RH Peterson logs are no comparison in looks to the box store junk we replaced but we had not expected how these actually reflect the heat so much better. Hearthside's installer arrived as scheduled, respected our home and did professional work. Not only do I recommend this store I will have them back out to replace the ones in our living room. Money well spent.

There are better fireplace shops around, we wanted to switch logs out to a different set the next day after purchasing and installing (running for less than 5min). I called the owner and asked him about switching them out, he said that it is difficult if I had already ran a fire, but said he would take a look at them. When I loaded them up and took them into the store, I guess he had changed his mind and decided he did not even want to look at the logs or work with us in any way. With this kind of customer service, you are really better off ordering the same product off of Amazon for a lower price and free shipping.
