They're always out of whatever meat you want and the second meat you choose will be hard (not in a good way ;) ) This place has sucked since day one. It's not a chain wide problem it's this place in particular. Don't eat here. You are giving your hard earned cash and in return that keeps perpetuating this inedible problem. I only care because, if you haven't noticed, Farmers Branch has a lack of quality places to eat. Force the chain to fix the problem & go to Addison, cause Addison has it going on when it comes to restaurants.

If by any chance you don't speak Spanish do not go to this place. They talk about customers in Spanish so customers won't understand what it's been said. Rude In every level. Good thing I speak English and Spanish.
Soy sauce it's not the best, try Tokyo teriyaki sauce over in Carrollton
Took 15 minutes for order to be ready. Got a Sprite and it taste like water. Finally got home only to find out we didn't get out order correct. I call the restaurant , explained to cashier what happened and she goes n complains about me in Spanish without realizing I can hear her and understand perfect Spanish. I'll hate to think what they say about customers that don't speak Spanish. If u speak Spanish then it's good since odds are you will be able to defend yourself if not.... I'm sorry for you.
