Had an issue during delivery when my desk was broken. The driver told me immediately and said he would have it fixed. When it was returned to me and not to my satisfaction, the owner personally came over and fixed it for me. Honest company and a pleasure to work with. It's not about being perfect, it's about making the customer happy at the end of the day and that's exactly what happened. They were apologetic and genuine and I would use them again!
Employees are extremely professional, and made my mother feel comfortable. They took care of her things and treated everything like it was their own.
If I could give zero stars I would. I had this company booked for 2 months and then they dropped me 1 week before my move because I would not change my move date so that they could accommodate a larger, more expensive 4 day move. Horrible customer service. Do not use this company.
These guys did a great job taking care of my things and were honest and polite. They met my budget and I will use them every time I move from now on. Great movers and good people!
