Nice selection, friendly sales staff. I'd return again. A little expensive, but the quality is top notch.
Ordered sectional, delivered wrong side sectional. Delivery was not flexible, asked for after lunch delivery and was told not possible. Sales person was rude when I called about the issue and she set delivery for correct sofa without notifying me. Then she threw it in my face that I was not charged delivery even though she dropped the ball. If you are looking for good customer service this is not the place. Waiting to resolve with store manager.
My wife and I had an excellent experience getting our new chairs here. Eric was a great salesman who remained professional and courteous throughout our purchase even though we changed our minds about 5 times. We will be back for more furniture for sure!
