Great no pressure show room. We were looking for a couch and there were many reasonably priced options available. There was no extra charge to pick the fabric or pick the arrangement of the sectional. Our saleswoman was fabulous.
Great customer service that is above and beyond!! Great friendly service and great prices!! The salesman I had was Terrance Thomas who was excellent, his manager is Randy Rose who I am very impressed with. Winners at this store!!

We had a good experience while shopping but not even 9 months later our couch has come unstitched in 2 places. We had someone out to repair it and it came apart in the same 2 spots less than a week later. The fabric has also become VERY pilly, it doesn't even look good anymore. We regret buying this couch even though it is very comfortable it just is not good quality. Would expect more considering what we paid.

Waste of gas and time. The old weir's outlet on Knox had deals worth your time to look for. Everything at this new outlet is what should be the MSRP. Very dissappointed in a furniture store I used to love.
